Got the call yesterday that my ES-135 (Jeff) was now all better and ready for pickup from Rufus Guitar Shop, couldn’t get there yesterday so I popped by there today to get it.
New frets are installed, and now it’s much easier to play, basically as easy on the action now as Keith or my 175.
Also got a new pick-up selector switch so it’s not always just stuck for the neck pick-up.
And the wonky tuning head for the low E string was replaced.
So, now got all my guitars. Glad to have Jeff back, have missed him quite a bit these last couple weeks.
Jeff has been thrown into Eb for practising old GnR shit and trying to play along with the albums (key word: “trying”).
